    Can anyone recommend a credentialing service they are pleased with?

    We have never outsourced our credentialing and are thinking this may be the way to go.

     

    Pros vs Cons?

    I use Advocate Radiology Billing and as part of their service they do all credentialing for us.

    It's a long and arduous (much more than it should be) process and they successfully credentialed 14 radiologists for us with little input on our part.

    Our group has used MSM Health for full service RCM for a long time, but they offer credentialing as a standalone service as well, and it's very painless.

    Joanne,

    I was very happy with the service from Healthcare Administrative Partners when I was with a group that used them.  They did the coding and billing as well as the credentialing, all very expertly, and I know they do credentialing separately.  Best thing is their attention to detail and responsiveness.
