Does CMS publish a complete list of the RVU values for next year along with the proposed rule?  I found a table of Impact on Selected Procedures but I don't see the entire list on their site.  I'm specifically interested in the complete RVU values for the E/M codes that were revised significantly for next year.  I found the Work RVUs on a web site but the other RVU values have also been changed.
