Hello RBMA Community!
Our group is curious about the Grasshopper Virtual Phone service. Is anyone using this service to triage calls to docs who are shift, either day or evening? If so, how does it work? Do you like the service? Is it cost prohibitive?
Our very limited understanding is that the service/program will send the caller (tech or clinician) to whoever is on shift via a single, central phone number. Can it be that simple?
Please share if you have experience with Grasshopper.
