Practice Management

We are a private outpatient center interested in helping the medically underserved in our community. We are wanting to offer imaging such as  CT, MRI, Mammo ect.. at no cost. Does anyone have any experience in setting something like this up? We already have all the equipment on site, two Radiologists and a full staff. The staff and Radiologists would be volunteering their time. I am a new office manager and I just need some guidance on how to go about starting this for our community.
