    We have been informed several providers are having issues with provider enrollment for this product. The time frame is 111824 to present.  Ours is one of them and claims are stalled even though the providers were confirmed as enrolled.  The claims have denied and are pending reprocessing through a system called IPAR. In case any others have stalled claims, we wanted you to know about this problem and encourage you to escalate the matter to the Provider Relations Rep and create a dispute.
