Hello -

Question regarding POS for Rural Health Centers. My understanding is Rural Health Center primary care services are billed with POS 72. However diagnostic reads for RHC's are non-RHC services so the 72 does not apply. If this is true, here are my questions:

• Are we to bill our interpretations as Office POS 11, or Outpatient POS 22?
• When the Rural Health Center is Provider Based, are we to bill our interpretations as POS 11 or HOPD POS 19?
• When the Rural Health Center is an Urgent Care, are we to bill our interpretations as POS 11 or Urgent Care, POS 20?
