Anyone in TEXAS area with information about how BCBS TX enrollment works in regards to radiologist in an imaging center setting.
We submitted an on-boarding application and got a case number. Yesterday when I checked the case it says closed and rejected with no reason.
I then get an email thanking me for contacting them to enroll and gave me instructions and phone numbers to start the process.
I called all 3 phone numbers in the email they are all fast busy signals or you get a recording that says calls can't be completed at this time try again later.
There are 2 links in the email and both lead to URL errors that says page no longer exist.
I called the regular line and got to provider enrollment and you get a voice mail box that says call with be returned in 7 to 10 business days.
This is my 1st time dealing with TEXAS BCBS and I am not sure I am liking them thus far....
RESPECTFULLY,
