Has anyone recently switched from preliminary to final reads for teleradiology services? If you have, would you be willing to email or call me to discuss your process. I know the biggest hurdle is to enroll the facilities in the interpreting physicians MAC, since more than likely reads are taken place in a different state as well as adding all the interpreting physicians to your payer contracts.
I appreciate any insight.
