Welcome to Connect RBMA, the new member-only, online community.

We know the value that RBMA members put on the ability to network and communicate with other members about the questions and issues they are facing each day. To build on that value, we are excited to enter into this new phase of member communications by providing RBMA members an environment to connect, engage and share critical industry information and best practices in a far more dynamic way than ever before.

As we kickoff 2018, we present you with Connect RBMA, one of the most powerful member benefits in RBMA's 50 year history. Connect RBMA is your connection to an incredible resource – 2,300+ of your colleagues who share your challenges, uncertainties and successes. We hope you will find it to be a place where you can ask advice, share your experiences and build relationships.

For launch, we have streamlined our previous forums to four main options:

    Practice Management
    Coding
    Marketing
    State Legislation

Please feel free to begin interacting with your fellow members, directly from the links in this email notification you have received. When logging in, you'll use the same login as you do on the RBMA website. I look forward to connecting with you on Connect RBMA!

Thanks, Tom, for kicking things off! We are certainly very excited to launch this new platform. Here are a few tips to help you get started:

    1. You have been subscribed to the Daily Digest version of the Practice Management community, meaning you'll get one email each day containing all of the previous day's posts. If you'd like to change that to real time (you'll get an email every time something new is posted), no emails (you can view the discussions online but won't receive email), or unsubscribe, use the My Subscriptions link found at the bottom of this email. (Note: Previous real-time subscribers are already set to real-time on this new platform)
    2. While there, take a moment to explore the other groups available for you to join – as Tom mentioned, in addition to this forum (Practice Management) our Coding, Marketing and State Legislation communities have returned. If you were previously subscribed to these forums in the old system, you have already been subscribed in the new platform. If you have an idea for a group that doesn't exist yet, email us and we'll put it on the list for future roll-outs.
    3. To start a thread, navigate to the correct community and begin a discussion, or send an email directly – for Practice Management, the email address is: rbma-practicemanagement@connectedcommunity.org
    4. To respond to a question, use the "Reply to Group" link to send your reply to the group (we encourage this if your response will help others and add to the long-term body of knowledge). You can also "Reply to sender" to send a private offline message to the author of the message.
    5. You may be prompted to log in the first time (your username and login are the same as your RBMA login credentials). If you are on a private computer, please check the "Remember me" option at login to make it fast and easy to respond going forward.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to myself or Jessica Struve if you have questions or need help.  Let's start a conversation!
