    We would appreciate any feedback that anyone can provide on the different clearinghouses out there, all the pros and cons and if you know if they integrate with the Imagine billing system.

    We use Availity, it does integrate with Imagine and also provides Claim Status Updates that feed automatically back into the system.  We have used others before that: Are they perfect, No. Have they improved over the past 6-12 months, Yes.  One of the best things we have from them is the automated claim status updates, but that's also not enough to keep me there if other things were not good. Our missing checks have significantly reduced the past # of months and we rarely have those or any other issues any more.

    We use Data Media/Relay Health to process our claims and remittances, integrated with the Imagine billing system. We have a lot of pros, no cons. Please feel free to email me directly (len.shepard@phydata.com) with any specific questions.
