Linda – Actually a big question. If the question is related to employment, it would be a no unless your practice has a stated policy that requires vaccination by all personnel (with religious and medical exceptions in place) then it could be a yes – you can ask.
If it is in relation to delivering a medical service, then the answer is yes, but the questions must be asked of every patient and the procedure for treating patient needs to be consistent for vaccinated and unvaccinated.
If it is just in passing, then you can ask but they do not have to answer....
So the reason you are asking is critical to providing an answer..... Hope that helps....
