We are experiencing a drop in all modalities.  My estimate is that we are going to be down 20% to 25% on our hospital volumes, and 30% to 40% in our outpatient.  What is everyone else experiencing?

We are in Seattle area and seeing 25-30% drop in OP imaging centers.
Breast centers discontinuing screening cases altogether.
Hospitals canceling services that can be pushed 2 weeks without patient harm:  OP MBS, Thyroid FNA, pain injection cases.  Some others

Ortho owned MR closed.   Competitor closing OP imaging for contrast cases so can staff remotely.

Filed insurance claim today.   Thanks Tom.

Tons of homerad and re-configuration of staffing at hospitals and service sites.

Hospital reporting they are one week ahead of projected capacity. ie running out of resource for patients.

PPE hording an issue.   Found backdoor to masks, and are ordering through friend of friend of friend.

Never seen anything like it.  Board meeting tonight to advise shareholders of pay cut to temporize cash flow

    Be well all.

We are also around the 20% - 25% as a hospital based group.  My guess is it will get worse before it gets better ...

Concur with Wayne, looking across our radiology clients we are seeing similar trends of overall volumes down 20-30% (so far) this week with outpatient taking the biggest hit approaching nearly a 40% drop.  I would anticipate seeing these volumes drop even further before they get better.

    We are also down 30%.

I've instructed our staff to ensure that they reinforce to all patients that we've taken every precaution to ensure both patient and employee safety in our facilities.

    Changes in our procedures:

    - Pre-screening questions upon first contact/call with patients to ensure no cold/flu symptoms that may expose them or others.  We will offer N95
face masks to those patients upon entry into our facility for the protection of all.
    - Only the patient, or if necessary due to anxiety, one other family member can be in the MRI room
    - Patients can only have one other family/friend in our waiting room.  All others must remain outside our facility to ensure that all patients and
staff are exposed to as few people as possible.
    - Multiple wall-mount hand sanitizers in patient waiting rooms with notice to use upon entry in our facilities.
    - N99 masks and gloves are to be worn by all MRI technologists - as they have the closest contact with patients
    - All magazines have been removed from our patient waiting areas
    - All surfaces that are used by patients to be cleaned with sanitary wipes every two hours.
    - All patient-facing staff are to wear examination gloves when interacting with patients, and if in close contact (closer than normal counter divider -
approximately 3 feet) may choose to  wear provided N99 protective masks at their discretion.
