We're having painful issues with AIM who is authorizing the service, primarily via "grouping CPTs of 77046 - 77049, correctly, but not passing on the correct information to the payors.
77049 is being denied due to non authorized - most of which the payors are saying CPT 77046 was the CPT authorized. The payors are manually fixing the issue, but in the interim we're getting call like crazy on this let alone the unnecessary rework its causing.
