Hi All-
Our group is reevaluating our current daily shift structure (both the number of daily shifts we staff and the modality content & volume of each shift) and I'm curious how other groups distribute their daily work load and what criteria are being used in determining the expected radiologist productivity per shift.
Also- minimizing interruptions is on the top of our list to improve radiologist efficiency and report quality. It would be great to learn how other groups have been successful in minimizing interruptions throughout the workday.
