    Hello,  Would anyone be willing to share how they test their coders before hire?  Our coding system would require training for us to do any testing on it, so it does not seem like a good option.  I did not know if there was something out there that others utilize.  Thanks for any help!

    Hello,

     

    I would suggest you print a few anonymous reports and ask the candidates to code them.  Provide the books of course, like a little test.
