    Can anyone provide me with information on reasonably priced and supported PACs to use for reading outside films?

    We use eRAD.  They have the ability to accept studies from outside of the office without a VPN.

     

    I have not used these vendors, but you might want to check them out.

     

    Xrayline.com – Cloud-based

    RamSoft

     

    I am not sure if Dcm4Che.org has a diagnostic viewer, but it is open-source.  You would have to pay someone to set it up, but you can download the software for free.

    Wendy, you might break this out by: "read and throw" or also retain storage?  Include a RIS?
