    Good evening,

I was hoping to hear what other patient-facing practices are doing relative to the COVID-19 vaccine for employees (i.e. mandating, not mandating, mandating for patient facing but not for non-patient facing, etc).  With some states falling directly under federal OSHA, while others under state OSHA programs, and all having a watchful eye on how OSHA responds to the White House's recommendation for a vaccine mandate of employers with 100 or more employees, how are you navigating this with your teams currently?

Thank you in advance for anyone willing to share how your practice is navigating these challenging times.

    Best,
    Tammy

This is a personal decision for each employee; patient facing or not.

If the government mandates such there will be lawsuits from many entities trying to stop such mandate.

I have given our employees dates, locations and time off from work to get the shot for those who have desired.

This is a sheer fact of government overreach in my opinion and will be hard to justify nationwide.
    But I'm not a lawyer.
