We are now seeing the deduction of a "Claim Transmission Fee" from some provider payments.
The explanation is: AH "This is the claim transmission fee. This is used for transmission fees that are not specific to or dependent upon individual claims."
Has anyone seen this and investigated it? Any information will be appreciated.
