    Anybody have any luck trying to get the current app for the Paradigm meeting?  In emails sent out from RBMA it says you have to search for RBMA 2018 due to a glitch.  I do that on the ios app store and it brings me to the RBMA 2018 app but it shows I already have it installed and when I open it it just shows last years information.  Do I need to uninstall the 2018 app and then reinstall?  This is from the emails sent out.

    "Or you can download RBMA's popular app through the Apple Store and Google Play by searching for RBMA App. Note: Due to a glitch, Apple store users will need to search for RBMA 2018 App."

    Hi John,
    You should not have to uninstall the app from your phone.  I have had mine installed for years with no issues other than the occasionally glitch.

    Simply log in, reset your password if you need to.  I seem to have to reset for each new RBMA event. Once you are logged in you will see a list of RBMA events and choose PaRADigm 2019.  You will then see the posts from other attendees in anticipation of the event.  The icons along the bottom will direct you to the sessions, list of attendees and other options.

    Hi John,

     

    I used to have the same issue.  However, since the update to RBMA 2018, I haven't had any issues on IOS.  Mine still shows RBMA 2018 on the app.  Once you log in you will see the previous conference data.

     

    In the lower right corner menu of the app click on 'more' then scroll to the bottom and choose 'logout/switch event'.  I was able to choose the 2019 PaRADigm.

     

    I am not sure if that is the 'official' process but it worked for me.

    I had this same issue earlier this year at ACR/RBMA.  I DID have to uninstall the app and load it again for the same reason you describe.

    The Apple version might be different, but in my Android version, I can go to Settings in the App and select a new meeting to show 2019 Paradigm.
