I am interested in speaking with anyone who has CRA Health integrated with their Epic system for high risk assessment. I am specifically interested in your Epic reports for density adjusted CRA scores. We are currently running Clarity reports from Epic to generate our high risk list but it does not include the breast density adjustment as this is determined by the radiologist after the CRA score is run. The density adjusted score is entered at the time of interpretation. If there is anyone who has this set up and can reach out to me, I would appreciate it.
