Hello all,
Does anybody have a reference sheet/diagram that shows what the vascular orders are specifically for hemodialysis grafts & fistulas?
A similar reference sheet for arterial and venous vascular "orders" would be appreciated as well.
I would like a reference that I can print up and have available to our technologists when they are entering CPT codes for our endovascular cases.
