    Good morning,

How are hospital-based groups (rad & IR) reporting the Quality Payment Program for 2022? Is anyone using any alternatives to traditional MIPS via registry? If so, I am interested in hearing your thoughts, experiences, and which measures are you reporting?

Also, does anyone have any experience with your group reporting traditional MIPS and another group reporting your physician's NPI under an APM model and achieving QP status? If so, I am interested to hear your results.

I think the only way to have a chance to maximize your score is to go to a QCDR.  We're planning to use the ACR.  We have not pinned down the measures just yet, though I'm sure we'll do most if not all of the TAT measures.

We work with Guidance Analytics for all things QCDR, the only external vendor for approved by the ACR for their measure submissions.  Serious AI integration and strong performance over the last few years.   Standard MIPS measures are simply not going meet minimum thresholds going forward in most practices.    Brian Gale is a radiologist heading up GA and can be reached at:

    Hi Dennis,

MSN has licensed four of the ACR's QCDR measures and has been approved by CMS for eight measures that we developed internally through our Measures Development Work Group.  We have also been gifted a measure from Mednax who is no longer a QCDR.
