    Radiology groups whose revenues have dropped to near zero, but whose services are of vital importance to COVID-19 patients, may want to discuss necessary supplemental compensation from their hospitals during this public health emergency , in addition to direct relief that should become available under the legislation enacted today. If such supplemental comp does not strictly comply with the Stark personal services exception, hospitals may consider requests for waivers of Stark sanctions from CMS in order to provide this important compensation support.
