    Good morning, RBMA friends,

    CMS has extended the newly-revised Medicare supervision rules for physician offices promulgated in the MPFS 2019 final rule to hospital outpatient departments to allow "direct" MD supervision of certain tests that otherwise need "personal" (in room) supervision if the tests are performed by licensed RAs/RPAs.
