    I'm interested to get feedback from hospital-based groups/administrators who've implemented various types of software solutions to help better manage radiology work lists, specifically from the perspective of furthering the ability to improve sub-specialty reads on an on-going basis (e.g Clario, or other platforms that could be used in a 'bolt-on' fashion, or other similar solutions). In addition, for these solutions that have been implemented, have you found a true capability of improving the routing of studies on an ongoing basis such that workflows can be throttled and distributed in a fair and equitable manner?

    We are a hospital-based group and do not own or control the PACS we're using, but work in a very close and cooperative manner with our hospital system.

    Written feedback is appreciated, but I would prefer no sales calls at this point - I'm just gather data at this point.

    We are in the process of installing Clario so I cannot answer from actual experience yet.  We did visit a couple of groups and were impressed with its functionality.

    We use the Clario system across our entire practice, and have for about 3 years.  We looked at multiple options prior to choosing Clario, and felt it was the right choice for our needs.  It allows us to distribute work based on our subspecialty requirements and balances the assignments across the entire reading network (hospital-based and outpatient).  We are very happy with the system, but it does take some work to implement and optimize for your specific practice.  We used a third party company to help us through the process, and that company also manages our day to day needs.  Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any specific questions.
