    Are any groups providing health benefits to retired partners?  if so, how are you funding this?

    We do not offer any benefits to retired partners. Our group health policy stipulates a certain number of hours participants have to work for coverage.

    An option is COBRA, so for at least 18 months they can be carried.

    It first depends on the insurance carrier; some do and some don't allow retirees to be carried on the group's policy.
