We have been using an online FAX service for incoming FAXes.
As we have retired our old EMR system the new one does not allow for FAX preview - we must download the incoming FAX to verify contents.
This does not allow us to quickly preview incoming FAXes and has put a strain on our workflow.
Does anyone use an electronic FAX provider that offers this functionality?
