    Forum,
    I'm trying to locate a summary of how Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance carriers are required to pay for COVID-19 services. So far the information I've seen indicates COVID-19 testing is to be covered with no deductible or co-pay, but what about the cost of tests performed during treatment after COVID-19 is confirmed?
