We're discussing changing how we administer our patient surveys in our OP centers. This is our in-house survey that we use to compliment Press Ganey since Press Ganey doesn't have the best return rate. Does anyone have any thoughts on digital survey kiosk vs paper and pen? And if you use paper and pen do you have an area/desk/stand that patients use and if so where did you get it? If you use digital who did you purchase them from?
