    We find ourselves in need of a vendor to assist our growing IR practice as it relates to all things prior authorization, referral management, and medical necessity review.     Are there any vendors that you may have experience with that is specific to IR, both hospital and clinic bases services?   Appreciate any outreach you can provide, many thanks!

    Hi Dennis - I would be interested in learning about this as well.  One of the groups I work with in California has a really large IR practice in both the outpatient and hospital settings.   They are having challenges in obtaining authorizations and also would like to help patients determine which setting is most appropriate for their health plan.   Would love to hear about any options that you learn about.
