We are having difficulty changing the bank account for Optum EFTs.  Anyone have a good contact at Optum that can help us with this change?  It should not be this difficult.

Thanks and stay safe out there, Wendy

I wish someone knew a good contact. I called our UHC provider reps and they say OPTUM PAY is a totally separate division and they can only tell us to contact the Optum Pay help desk.

The new Optum Pay is a total pain to deal with. They deleted all our access to the on-line remits even thou I set up our original direct deposits, signed all the forms, and I am listed as the Administator on the original forms that they can look at in their system. When I call them they pulled up the forms and see that I set up the DD and I am listed as the admin on the original forms but they say that I am not the admin on record in the system but won't tell us who they have as the admin. They said I have to fill out a change form, sign it, and attach a notarized letter from the admin telling them that I am the admin but they won't tell us who the admin they have on record is.

I cannot even get them to update the phone number they have in their system for scheduling, they keep calling our billing office instead of the hospital's central scheduling department.
