    Oh have we tried, Barbara.
    Yes the payment arrived and all CMS says is check the QPP website.
    We've looked and can't find anything.
    A mystery at this point.
    let us know if you have better luck tracking this down.

    Good Morning,

    We found that it was related to a physician that had been part of an APM in 2017 and qualified for the 5% bonus.  CMS tracked down the tax ID under which he was submitting the greatest number of claims in 2019 and remitted the payment to that tax ID.
