Does anyone have experience using CNA / Remi for service contracts on imaging equipment. I have gotten a quote that provides significant savings to service a GE PET/CT and they say that the OEM will still be the actual vendor who will take the service calls with the exception of PM's with are performed by a Remi trained person.
