Hi All,
Our group is looking to bring on a full-time coding auditor to help us keep on top of our monthly and ad-hoc audits and help us keep the necessary focus on physician feedback and coder training and education.
Does anyone out there already have this type of position in place? Any suggestions or lessons learned you'd be willing to share? Recruiting for this position seems to be a challenge for us so I'd be curious what others are doing.
