    Is anyone receiving a per trip stipend for travel to outlying facilities?  If so, can you share how you established Fair Market Value?

    We only reimburse mileage at the current IRS rate.

    Thanks Jay.  To clarify, my question is about reimbursement from the hospital for the radiologist drive time, which would obviously have to be Fair Market Value.

    We also only reimburse federal rates for mileage.
