Are there any hospital/physician joint ventures that are billing separately for the PC and TC for their imaging centers?

    TIA

    Holly,
In my experience, it may be possible to do so depending upon: 1. Structure of the Joint Venture (how it is enrolled), 2. Willingness of payors to allow you to do so. 3. Provisions in the Operating Agreement of the Joint Venture.

Holly we were in a joint venture with the hospital. We had 7 imaging centers setup as IDTFs and we split billed.
