    Nickie,

    There is no CCI edit on the code pair unless some of your carriers have a specific medical policy or edit. Medicare does not have an LCD on Breast Ultrasound in FL. Many carriers have wellness policies and the screening mammogram is a part of that which has no deductible or co-pay. The ultrasound would be subject to deductibles and co-pay.
