    Hello all,

Our practice is seeking advice from groups currently using sources other than ACR Radpeer for peer review.  Does anyone have advice as to what is considered as "discoverable" information?

Thank you in advance for your responses,

Your state's law will define what is and is not discoverable in a peer review context.
