    Thanks for the info.

    BTW- we were just forgiven for our PPP loan.  Our balance was of the size where we expected an audit.  However, I guess our 3509 form answered the SBA's questions sufficiently.  Hope others have received the same news!

    Got my forgiveness notice yesterday for the PPP loan. So good to have that one done with!

    We are still waiting for the PPP forgiveness, but we did get instructions on reporting the HHS money we received. Registration for the PRF reporting portal will open July 1, 2021.
