    Good afternoon all,

    I have received a mixed bag of responses on the topic of noncompete contractual clauses.

    Wondering if any of the group has experience with enforcing noncompete clauses for former employed radiologists.

    I have been in front a a judge and gone to arbitration over this subject. I my opinion, the community standard and the judge makes the rule in these cases. Enforcement for a physician and his or her lively hood is very difficult.
