We are considering taking advantage of the CARES Act provision that allows us to pay $5250 on employee student loans tax free in 2020. As best I can tell, we probably need to adopt a formal Education Assistance Plan in order to do this.Does anyone have a formal Education Assistance Plan that they would be willing to share? Ideally one involving assistance with student loans.Thanks!Dave------------------------------
