CMS Updates 2020 MIPS Performance Feedback and 2022 MIPS Payment Adjustments On
9.27.2021 the QPP sent notification that several corrections were identified and updated including:

- Complex Patient Bonus Correction for Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs
- Patient-Reported Outcome Measure Correction
- Additional Adjustment for Exceptional Performance to Align with Budget Neutrality
As a result, CMS updated the max upward payment adjustment for PY2020 to 1.87% from the originally published 2.2%.

As in past years, CMS yesterday posted revised "final" 2022 MIPS adjustments, I guess accounting for appeals to the original "final" results under budget neutrality. As usual, it's not good news ☹
