    I'm increasingly dissatisfied with our current VoIP provider. Any recommendations for a replacement?

    James - We're using Windstream. Lots of problems with their service the last year or so, and support is slow to assist.

    We use G12 for our VoIP provider and while we're fairly small (billing department only), have been happy with the functionality and support. I also like that I have a lot of control of such things like where I send incoming calls, setting up holidays for the entire year, etc..

    I also recommend RingCentral.

    Fairly priced - some of their FAX plans have UNLIMITED in/out for a very low fixed rate.

    They also offer video conferencing.

    Tech support quick and experienced.

    Not just a 'bare-bones' provider
