Does anyone have feedback on a a reliable contract management software company.
I'd like to use the software to store the contracts, email addresses of the responsible party who should be reviewing the agreement within a certain time-frame prior to expiration.
I'd expect we load a few details regarding the contract (i.e. term, annual expense, termination parameters, etc.).
Outside of Excel, I know there are other vendors out there, but thought I'd see what the forum has to say.
