I was asked if the remote contrast coverage for Covid is over.
I believe it ran out in Florida last month but is this state directed or federal? If the state has ended, is the federal extension still in play?
If the extension has ended, whose responsibility is it to staff the facility? I would assume it is the facility owners, not the contracted Radiologist, but there appears to be some pushback.
Any insight is appreciated.
