I am looking for examples of workbooks to place at the Rad workstation to assist in dictations with LCD guidelines, etc.

Does anyone have them at your workstations, have an an example or one or know where I could even purchase them without having to create one myself?

Or do you know of a website they could use?

    Thanks,  in advance.

    Hi Linda,

What type of information are you looking to provide regarding LCD guidelines?

Be careful that the documents are not "leading" the physicians to dictate for reimbursement.

    Thanks,

    Beth

The Rads are not getting good information from the referring refdocs. They end up having to call most to find out what indications are leading to the test. If the refdoc is not responsive they are unable to use any Indications. If they even made a check-list of possible indications, using the LCD, they could ask the patient. If nothing matches, they are fine with it, but they are trying to be proactive and want to stop hunting down ref docs.
