I am not sure if this goes against community standards or not, so if it does, please do not respond. My organization leases our RIS/PACS system from another organization. They maintain the data and long-term storage as well as provide the hardware/software for our outpatient center. We have been with them for over 15 years. I would like to see if any other practices have this type of agreement in place as well as the average cost per patient (or procedure) for the service.
