The RBMA published a survey for administrative salary and compensation on December 16th. We've received 56 responses to date. If you missed the email (like I did) please look for the email on 12/16 about 10:15 am (pst). It covers a number of positions. RBMA leaders tell us this is a frequent source of questions from membership so it would be great if you made it through the holidays and the weather and are also finding your way thru Omicron staffing impacts, if you could find time to respond to the survey. The respondents are completely blind to RBMA but the more responses we get, the better we are able to help our members.
