For those who received the original Emergency Provider Relief Funds in 3/2020, we were required to submit an application for forgiveness.  Once this was submitted, how long did it take to get to get a response? And what kind of response did you receive?  We are assuming this will all be granted/forgave as provided but have not heard anything back.

    Thanks, Kevin Ordway

We submitted April 25 and received our letter January 5.

The letter came in the form of an email.

Contact the bank where you received your loan.

Not talking about PPP1 or PPP2 applied through bank and approved and processed through BBB.   This was the Provider Relief Funds we automatically received in 3/2020 as part of the CARES Act.

We had to submit documentation to HRSA to justify the funds, the info was similar to PPP but an entirely different process.

My understanding is that HHS will not be notifying recipients if they have satisfied the PRF terms and conditions and you may be subject to audit in the future.

Agree...it's a grant, so nothing to forgive.  What you're doing is attesting that you used the funds in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Unless they ask for more info, or you're subject to the single audit requirements, you're done.
