  • 1.  Facilitator for annual retreat

    Hi All,

    We are planning a group retreat in the fall and are looking for some suggestions for a facilitator.  Our topics will include our group infrastructure, business goals 5-10 year plan, section goals and action and accountability plan for the next 1-5 years.

    Holly,

    There are several very good facilitators within the RBMA vendors and members.

    My organization CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) facilitates a number of strategic visioning sessions each year.
    We are actively doing so for several different groups over the next few week.  I would appreciate the opportunity to talk to you about our capabilities and approach.

    Again, there are a number of options for you and choosing a facilitator with an approach that is consistent with the way that you group will be most effective, will be very important.  Two of the consultants that do this for Radiology groups include Mr. Keith Chew, past President of RBMA and Mr. Jeff Younger from Preferred Radiology Alliance.  These are just two of several consultants that are very adept in strategic facilitation.

    I just recommended Lowell Aplebaums's company to another practice yesterday.  He has been instrumental in working with the RBMA Board of Directors as well as Chapter Leadership, I highly recommend him and his team.
